Joyce is a dedicated receptionist and dental assistant at Wickham Dental Carseldine, where she plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient.

With a passion for patient care and front desk operations, Joyce is committed to making each visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Her responsibilities include reception duties, dental assisting, sterilisation, and model pouring, all of which contribute to the smooth daily operations of the practice.

Joyce thrives on patient interactions, finding joy in making a difference through her helpful and empathetic approach. She believes in open communication to foster strong teamwork and deliver exceptional patient care. As a key member of the front desk team, she ensures that appointments run smoothly while creating a warm and professional environment for both patients and staff.

Outside of work, Joyce is a creative at heart. She enjoys reading, crocheting, and upcycling fabrics, always finding new ways to bring artistry into her daily life. A talented pianist, she has achieved Grade 8 certification in both theory and practical piano performance. At home, she loves spending time with Tilly, her 12-year-old Ragdoll x Himalayan cat, who keeps her company during her crafting sessions.

With her dedication to patient care, love for creativity, and strong work ethic, Joyce is a valued member of the Wickham Dental Carseldine team, ensuring that both our patients and practice are in great hands.
